What Makes Us Unique
Rather than modern dietary trends, we study cultures of longevity that have served humans for thousands of years.
Rather than one diet, we teach bio-individuality: everybody needs a different balance to best support their body during different seasons of life.
Rather than just an online course, our intimate learning environment includes interactive lectures, such as cookalongs with our faculty to experience hands-on teachings, interact with fellow students, and ask questions.
Rather than a reductionist approach to nutrition, we teach comprehensive holistic health— mind, body & spirit.
Rather than a new approach to wellness, our global faculty have been pioneering holistic health since the 1960's and 1970's.
